Topic 06: What about Testing?

Can you tell me if the Iowa Basic test or ISTEP test can be administered by
a parent to their homeschooled child(ren)? Note: The parent is not a certified
educator.
02. How would I obtain an ISTEP
test for my child (to be issued by a teacher)? Also, how would I submit it for
scoring?
03. Isn't there a state mandated
or required test of some sort that even homeschooled children have to take?
Someone else has mentioned it but I was dumbfounded by the question!
04. What
about tests for getting into college? How can we prepare for the ACTs and SATs
for example?
