IHEN Contest Entry Form

There will be two winners drawn. One from subscribers who post to the IndianaHomeschoolers list this month, and one drawn at random from online entry submissions.

ELIGIBILITY: If you are a current subscriber to the IndianaHomeschoolers discussion list, and you have posted a message to the list sometime during the entry period, you are already entered in this contest. Posting more than once to the IndianaHomeschoolers list increases your chances. Subscribers may also enter once using this form. Non subscribers may only use this form to enter. One online entry pre person please. Multiple entries by the same person and/or the same e-mail address will be disqualified.

FINE PRINT: This form must be filled out completely. Incomplete submissions will be disqualified. Only one valid e-mail address per online entry form, per contest. E-mail addresses will be used to identify individual entries, to reach the winner(s) in the event they win (if you can't be reached, you can't win) and only for special mailings announcing new contests (unless NO box is checked above.) Winners will be asked to submit extra information, like mailing address and phone number for prize delivery. Winners will be given two (2) weekdays to reply to an e-mail notice of winning status. If winner does not reply, prize(s) will be awarded to next randomly drawn entry. Winners will only be announced after they have accepted their prize(s). Prizes awarded but somehow undeliverable will be given to second, third, fourth, etc. entries drawn at random. All prizes will be awarded. Numbers will be assigned online entries as received, and winning number(s) will be chosen using a randomizing computer program. All e-mail posts sent to the IndianaHomeschoolers list are considered automatic entries and are assigned YahooGroups post numbers. From these posts made during the entry period, winner(s) will be randomly chosen by computer. Questions regarding IHEN contests can be e-mailed to WebServices@ihen.org. IHEN reserves the right to change or alter contest rules without notice. Decisions are final. Employees of IHEN, PeachGrovePress/eMedia, and Bennett and Company are not eligible.
